OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE IS REAL

A whopping 10 percent of the world population report having ‘an out of body experience’. This could be a near death experience in an operating theatre or the result of an accident. Many more people deliberately practice leaving their body every night, this is known as ‘astral projection’. Hi I am Don Sanger and I have had many ‘out of the body experiences. As a child, I found it natural and quite easy to come out of my body. Many nights I found myself floating around the bedroom ceiling, and I was very aware of my physical body lying there in the bed. Although, sometimes I would wake up screaming, not because I was scared, as no one had told me that it was impossible to leave the body. I was just frustrated that I couldn’t go outside, my hands kept going through the material of the curtains. My parents said that I was just dreaming but I still remember those experiences today. Later in life, I learnt the art and practise of astral projection. Much of what I’m about to tell you is true. When I was at art college, my uncle, who once lived with me and my family, died of cancer. It greatly affected me and I had many “out of body experiences”. Sometimes, while being out of myself, I would meet up with other people doing the same thing, but one I suspected was a ghost. Now some would say that this is a horror story as the student does have some spooky experiences. Others might say that it is a spiritual journey, a profound story, full of mystery and intrigue. Whatever your opinion, ever one seems to discover something different. Many of my friends have told me “…that they just couldn’t put it down”. A neighbour in his nineties said, “…it’s a fantastic story full of philosophy, psychology, and put together in a wonderful story, it has made me review my own life.
